Liz Worn, DVM

Dr. Liz Worn is originally from South Carolina where she attended Francis Marion University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology.

She achieved her doctorate from the University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine and then moved to Lexington, Kentucky where she completed an equine internship at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute. Dr. Worn worked as an equine veterinarian for two years in North Carolina prior to making the switch to small animal medicine. Dr. Worn joined EMMAvet Urgent Care in 2022.

Outside of work, Dr. Worn enjoys horseback riding, reading, and spending time with her dog, cat, family, and friends.
